Regal avenue offers free shipping on every order that it receives from USA, for other countries we charge a shipping fee of USD $50 per item. Should there be any reason for you to return the goods ordered, we would pick them for free return shipping as well!
Most of our items are made to the exact specifications of your order hence our manufacturing process starts once the order comes in. Each product has a different manufacturing time and based on that we mention the shipping date from our premises on the product detailed description page. This is the last date we expect the product to be shipped out. Once the product is shipped out, we would inform you and share the shipping details so that you can easily track your shipment.
Each item shipped by us is insured and we take utmost care to reach it across to you through our designated courier service as soon as possible and in best shape possible.
In case of international orders there may be Customs duties and/or import taxes which must be paid by the customer.
In the rare case of you not receiving the item within a reasonable time (say one week) of receiving the tracking number, do let us know through our customer services.
